1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using One PDF Tool AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service. These Terms apply to all users globally, with additional provisions for EU consumers as noted.

2. Service Overview

One PDF Tool AI is a suite of AI-powered tools for document-based tasks, including PDF support and Office document workflows, provided by Pepperose LTD (Company Registration: 06112811), registered at The Maylands Building, Office 42, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, England, HP2 7TG. We reserve the right to update or change features, content, and service structure at any time without prior notice.

3. Plans and Pricing

All plans begin with a 24-hour trial period charged at €0.01. After the trial expires, your subscription automatically renews on the billing cycle of the plan you selected, until you cancel. Three recurring plans are available:

4. Billing and Payment

• Your 24-hour trial begins at the moment of sign-up and is charged at €0.01. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the recurring fee for the plan you selected: €14.99 every 7 days (Starter), €24.99 every 14 days (Plus), or €49.99 every 28 days (Pro).
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle of your chosen plan (every 7, 14, or 28 days) unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at sign-up.
• Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€), and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation & EU Consumer Rights

5.1 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing help@onepdftoolai.com. To avoid being charged the recurring subscription fee, you must cancel before your 24-hour trial (€0.01) expires. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

5.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exceptions apply:

• If you begin using the service before the 14-day period ends, you forfeit your right to withdraw, as permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
• For subscriptions, use is considered to begin when you log in and start using any tools.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at help@onepdftoolai.com with your cancellation request, including your name, email, and order reference.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days if eligible.

6. Account Use & Responsibility

• Users must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Sharing your account details is discouraged and may result in termination of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and documentation made available through One PDF Tool AI are the property of Pepperose LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, reverse-engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepperose LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed one 28-day subscription fee based on your current plan.

9. Termination

Pepperose LTD may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• UK/EU Customers: This choice of law does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. You may bring claims in your local courts as permitted by applicable law.
